‘Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger as saying, “If anyone builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build a house for him in paradise.” (Bukhari and Muslim).

We are excited to announce an initiative to secure land and build a masjid for our community in Norwich. After the help of Allah and His support, your support is crucial in making this vision a reality.

Our existing masjid has served the community for the last 10 years, with more than 100 people having taken the shahadah in it ولله الحمد. More than 150 students each year study the Quran and Arabic.  There are daily lessons sharing knowledge, awareness and teaching the Sunnah. We have a weekly program for the youth to learn about Islam, nurturing the future of the Ummah. This is the time to dream bigger. 

The land we are hoping to buy إن شاء الله is over 5000m². This project will enable us to better serve our community, with a larger masjid and a spacious car park to facilitate a growing congregation. This is a project that will meet the needs of today and will pave the way for the coming generations إن شاء الله.
